This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or interact with the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you, including rights under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA) and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

We are the sole owner of the information collected on the Site. We collect it only when you choose to give it to us, such as by submitting our contact form, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it to anyone.

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic of your inquiry, and the message you write. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you decide to book or work with us, to arrange that.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, and timestamps. We use this information for security, fraud prevention, and to keep the Site running reliably. Unless you opt out, we also collect aggregated usage data such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive at the Site, and how quickly pages load, see Cookies below for details.

Information from spam and abuse protection. Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google to help distinguish humans from bots. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's own privacy practices, and this Site is protected by reCAPTCHA.

We do not knowingly collect payment card information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this Site.

Necessary cookies. The Site uses a cookie from Google reCAPTCHA on our contact form, which helps tell humans and bots apart. This cookie is required for the form's spam protection to work, so it isn't something you can turn off while still using the form.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed, how people arrive at the Site, and how quickly pages load. Neither sets tracking cookies and neither identifies you personally; both report only aggregated, anonymized data. Because they are cookieless they run by default, and you can turn them off at any time by declining in the notice shown on your first visit or by using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer. If we ever add a cookie-based analytics tool such as Google Analytics, we will ask for your consent before loading it and update this policy, see Google's Privacy Policy for details on Google's own practices.

We do not use advertising cookies, web beacons, or tracking pixels, and analytics data is never used to serve you targeted ads. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their own settings; doing so may prevent the contact form's spam protection from working correctly.

• EmailJS, the service we use to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox
• Google reCAPTCHA, used to protect the contact form from spam and automated abuse
• Vercel, our website hosting provider, which processes standard server logs to serve the Site
• Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, unless you have opted out, to help us understand how visitors use the Site and how well it performs

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the interaction, and then delete or anonymize them. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and operational purposes.
